A [[(6)1_Definitions#(6)1.1_Person|person]] is guilty of <b>Possessing Stolen Property in the First Degree</b> under this subsection if he or she:

(a) [[(6)1_Definitions#(6)1.2_Willfully|willfully]] possesses stolen cash or property valued at not more than $5000; and

(b) knows or has reason to know that the property was stolen; and

(c) is found to be in possession of stolen cash or property valued at $1 or more in furtherance of a [[(6)1_Definitions#%286%291.7_Criminal_Organization_%2F_Criminal_Enterprise|criminal enterprise]] or [[(6)1_Definitions#(6)1.6_Terrorism|terrorism]] scheme.

Possessing Stolen Property in the First Degree is a <b>Class B Felony</b>.
