(a) <b>Oath of Service</b>.

Jurors shall swear or affirm to:

* impartially evaluate all evidence presented;
* follow the court’s instructions regarding the law; and
* maintain confidentiality regarding deliberations.

(b) <b>Prohibited Conduct</b>.

Jurors shall not:

* discuss the case outside of official deliberations;
* access or consume media, communications, or information relating to the case outside the courtroom;
* conduct independent investigations or interviews of witnesses; or
* engage in any behavior that could compromise impartiality or the integrity of the trial.

(c) <b>Judicial Enforcement</b>.

The court may admonish, remove, or replace any juror who violates the obligations set forth in this subsection to preserve the fairness and integrity of the trial.
