(6)2.1.2 Murder in the First Degree

A person is guilty of Murder in the First Degree under this subsection if he or she:

(a) unlawfully ends the life of another person, willfully and with premeditation; or

(b) unlawfully ends the life of another person while committing, attempting to commit, or in immediate flight from any felony inherently dangerous to human life; or

(c) unlawfully ends the life of another person through deliberate acts that manifest an extreme indifference to human life; or

(d) unlawfully ends the life of another person by administering poison, or by lying in wait, or by any other method traditionally recognized as particularly deliberate or concealed; or

(f) unlawfully ends the life of another person who was, at the time of the offense, protected by an active restraining order, no-contact order, or protection order issued against the defendant; or

(g) unlawfully ends the life of another person in a domestic-violence context where the defendant has one or more prior convictions for domestic-violence offenses involving the same victim or involving a prior intimate partner.

Murder in the First Degree is a Class A+ Felony.
