A driver shall not operate a motor vehicle on a public roadway unless the vehicle is properly registered in accordance with law. Registration requirements include:

(a) The vehicle must display a current and valid registration issued by the appropriate authority.

(b) Registration must reflect the correct owner, vehicle description, and address.

(c) Registration documents or stickers shall be displayed as required by law, and must be legible and unobstructed.

Violation of this subsection is a Level 4 Infraction.
