(7)3.3.3 Railway Crossings
A driver operating a motor vehicle approaching a railroad crossing shall:
(a) Observe warning devices: Drivers shall obey flashing lights, gates, bells, or other official warning devices indicating an approaching train.
(b) Stop when required: Drivers shall stop at the marked stop line, or if none, before entering the crossing when a train is approaching or when signals indicate a train is near.
(c) Proceed only when safe: Drivers shall not enter the crossing until it is completely clear and safe to do so, ensuring no part of the vehicle is on the tracks.
(d) Exercise continuous caution: Even if no train is visible, drivers shall approach crossings with care and be prepared to stop.
Violation of this subsection constitutes a level 3 Infraction.
