A person is guilty of Violation of a Court Order if under this subsection if he or she:

(a) Willfully, and without lawful justification, does violate or otherwise fail to comply with a lawful order of the courts; or

(b) Willfully, and without lawful justification, does violate or otherwise fail to comply with a lawful order of the courts by way of committing a felony criminal offense.

Violation of a Court Order under article (a) of this subsection is a Gross Misdemeanor.

Violation of a Court Order under article (b) of this subsection is a Class C Felony
